11/3/2023:
I've hesitated to share this personal side, but I believe it's important for you all to know more about what I do, why I do it, where we’re at, and where we’re going.

What:

I'm the primary caretaker for my father as he recovers from a stroke. I'm also helping him navigate a difficult divorce from his abusive ex-wife, my mother. YZZR is my second full-time commitment after caring for my father.

Why:

Crawling was a pivotal outlet for me during the worst years as I came to grips with life on life’s terms. YZZR enables me to support my father and give back to the community that means so much to me.

Where we're at:

Printers still run around the clock but I’m not always available to respond to messages promptly. I’m also not big on social media, pushing “content” and “engagement”. I make a good, honest, quality product and I believe in its ability to bring more enjoyment to more people. The same enjoyment that I got when life felt so bleak.

Where we're going:

Over the past year, I've grappled with challenges related to Etsy, the website, payment processors, and supply chains. I am suffering from success. Success due in large part to Exo’s and other reviewers’ videos. I get flooded with a month's worth of orders in a day. Then play catchup piece-milling printers into current production until customers are rightfully frustrated with long wait times. That is coming to an end. I’m in the middle of an exhaustive shop overhaul and adding a massive number of printers in the coming weeks and months. Turn around time and new products will be dropping.

Above all. Thank you. Thank you guys for your support, encouragement, feedback, and friendship. I couldn’t have done any of this on my own. I am unspeakably grateful.

11/8/2023:

Quick update to last week's post. Electrical is done. Waiting for HVAC to finish up. Hoping to move the shop back in over the weekend. Then be up and running faster than ever by next week.

11/15/2023:

SHOP UPDATE:

All inspections have passed. Printers are back up and running. Shipping and packaging area are being built and moved back into the shop.

Orders should start going out in the next day or so. YZZR is now full steam ahead!

11/27/2023:

I have now TRIPLED the number of printers.

Still printing around the clock. The shutdown for shop renovations has put me way behind. Working through a massive back-log of 150+ orders. Orders are shipping ASAP and in the order they were received. Once I'm caught up, turnaround time on new orders will be drastically improved. Thank you everyone for your continued patience.
